This is a picture I drew for my parent’s Christmas present this past year. As you can see it is a Winter day and there are millions of birds flying out of the tree. The inspiration for drawing this came from just watching these amazing creatures in my own backyard. The birds fly in perfect coordination! I knew that drawing this would make a perfect picture. As with most pictures you must have a horizon object, the house, trees and water-tower serve as this object. You also need an eye-stopper; the tree and tire-swing serve this purpose. This picture took me around 4 hours to draw and was well worth the time! Comment and tell me what you think about it…any suggestions?
Every week on Monday I am going to post a little doodle I have drawn. This doodle is called “doodle of the week”. So this is the first doodle; a lady bug! For fun I occasionally draw doodles such as this. Insects are so much fun to draw. So I hope you enjoy this little doodle. This little critter is one of my favorites along with my sisters. I just love to watch them crawl all over me. We just caught one the other day.
Bet You Didn’t Know: Some ladybugs actually bite people which leaves a stinging pain! (I am glad that has never happened to me!)
I have made a video on how to draw. It contains how to draw a tree and horse. This is for a beginner. Try your hardest and follow each step and you will create a masterpiece. I hope you enjoy it.
How to Draw #1-
Life Drawn Out takes you through 2 drawings and teaches them to you step by step. Practice and soon you will become an expert. For beginners.
My picture of this lion I drew reminds me of one of Gods name (LION OF JUDAH). It represents him as a king, strong leader, powerful and majestic. I tried to demonstrate this by drawing this lion. One of my most favorite things to draw is animals so this went perfect. Recently I have tried to draw pictures about God and Jesus. I also try to draw very historic pictures.
This lion has some very distinct patterns in his face. He is laying on a rock and looking faraway to a moving object on a mountain. His hair was one of the hardest parts to draw but I eventually got it right.
