Horizon Sunset

This is a picture I drew when I was eight.  This picture I drew in art class.  As you can see it is a picture of a cross on a hill.  I like this picture a lot because it makes me think of Jesus dying on the cross.  This is one of my favorite drawings I did when I was young.

For the sun’s rays, I used a kneaded eraser to get the right effect.  The sun shining greatly affected the picture and made it look realistic.  Today I still use that method to create my sun rays.  I am glad that I went to that art class.

  1. This blog is definitely really helpful because I’m at the moment setting up an on-line flower weblog – however I’m just starting out therefore it is still rather small, unlike this blog. It will be great if I could link to a few of the posts because they’re very fascinating. Thanks alot : )
